Customers that have to cancel their trip to St. Maarten due to a hurricane warning/watch, there will be no cancellation penalty, and all customers that have to have an earlier departure due to the hurricane warning/watch, all non-used nights and non-used purchased meal plans will be refunded.
In the event that the customers are unable to leave either Hotel due to the St. Maarten Airport closure or cancellation of outbound flights due to a Hurricane warning, those customers will receive up to three nights accomodation of their stay at no cost. |
