The sprawling complex is subdivided into 3 mini-complexes, and comprises a total of 652 rooms spread across several villas and an outdoor complex. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a 24-hour reception area, a currency exchange area and a cloakroom. Further amenities here include a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a public Internet connection, room and laundry services (for an additional fee), nightclubs, show theatre and restaurants. It is also possible to relax in one of the many bars with a range of treats after an eventful day of sightseeing. There is a kids' club, and parking facilities are offered to those arriving by car.
The modern and tasteful outer appearance of the hotel is also reflected in the interior. The rooms, decorated in a Caribbean style, are ideally suited to every visitor's needs. Almost all the rooms have access to a balcony or terrace, from which guests can enjoy great views over the surrounding area. An en suite bathroom with a hairdryer as well as a double bed is also provided in every room as standard, as is a direct dial telephone, a minibar, and a hire safe. Individually adjustable air conditioning rounds up the room fittings.
