The hotel features a business centre and the famous Doubletree chocolate cookies upon check-in. The hotel's mezzanine level features an art gallery with works from local artisans that make strolling through this boutique hotel a pleasure. The hotel is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access, bar, restaurant, Internet access (subject to fees), as well as room and laundry services.
The hotel is located at the gateway to Waikiki, just steps from the beach, close to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and a short walk from its sister property, the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Restaurants, bars, nightlife and links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity. Honolulu Zoo is about a 15-minute walk away. Honolulu Airport is about 12 km away.
