The spacious grounds with a view of the Caribbean Sea lie on the gentle slopes of a 40 hectare parkland and is considered the true Garden of Eden. This magnificent landscaped resort has taken the meaning of 'lush' to a whole new level, with views including the blossoming gardens, the mountain and the ocean. The air-conditioned beach hotel includes 529 rooms over 4 floors, of which 256 are suites in the concierge suite centre in the Great House (manor). The lobby includes a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange and a lift. The resort also features a nightclub, an auditorium, restaurants, meeting facilities with A/V equipment and Internet access/WLAN. Room and laundry services are also available along with car parking for those arriving by car.

In Sandals Golf and Country Club Ocho Rios, guests will find an 18-hole, par 71, golf course to take advantage of. Lessons are provided at no extra cost along with transport to and from the course, however the caddie service is obligatory but not included.
