The hotel in typically bright Caribbean-Mexican style was renovated in 2004 and has a total of 440 rooms. This air-conditioned establishment has a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, lifts, a cloakroom and a currency exchange facility. Guests may also take advantage of the shops, hairdressing salon, the business, event and conference rooms for 50-800 persons, a public Internet connection with W-LAN access, a games room, bicycle and car rental, a travel agency, a wedding service, room service, and a launderette facility.
