| General Facility Description |
| The hotel comprises a total of 110 rooms, of which 36 are in Pineapple House, newly renovated and with views out over the Caribbean. The 27 villas, 23 of which have a swimming pool, are spread over the hillsides, offering altogether 74 suites, and are arranged in a variety of ways. There are villas with 2, 3, 4, and 5 suites, all with their own living rooms and/ or veranda with superb views. Guests may also rent a villa privately, complete with its own pool, or share a communal pool with other suites in a villa. The lobby area features a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, and a currency exchange facility. In addition to a restaurant, guests may take advantage of the bar, the hairdressing service, and the TV lounge. It is possible to make use of the room and laundry services and the public Internet connection, while younger visitors may like to let off steam in the kid's club. Parking facilities are also available.
All accommodation units come with double or king-size beds, a hire safe, an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and either a balcony or terrace. Further fittings provided as standard include a radio, a direct dial telephone, and individually adjustable air conditioning.
Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Midday and evening meals may be chosen from the à la carte menu. Special dishes will, moreover, be on offer. Guests may book a bed & breakfast, half-board, full board, or all-inclusive stay.
